So-so. Look around for other choices.

I liked that the room was very spacious and water was strong. The kitchen space was also huge and had supplies available to the guests.

There were a couple of things I didn’t like: 1. A/C was not that strong. It takes a while before AC gets cold. 2. The bathtub was not set up properly. Water would always drip out of the tub, that would make the floor wet. 3. Glasses left on the sink was not washed. Instead they just tipped it over back to the cupboard, with still visible oil marks. 4. Some parts of the room was dirty. 5. You could hear karaoke blasted and dogs howling in the middle of the night.

Even thu we have bin charged via credit card they made us pay again in cash at the hotel - we didn't got a fefond yet Thay made us pay for broken glass!!! Thay tried to charge us for towels

The house is neat n tidy.

The location is abit far for us. So moving around by grab cost is high. Also, there is no bedroom slippers provided so make sure you bring your own.

The inconvenience of doing laundry as we have to walk up to level 12 to use the washing machine. The water of the pool is sticky.

Overall very comfortable and pleasant suffice to say that if not for the balls up I would recommend

Rooms well appointed and bed comfortable.

! aircon iffy but moreso the 12 minutes I had to wait on checking out because the desk clerk could not raise anyone to check the room. You would have thought that the embarrassment after 5 or 6 minutes would have led him to trust me enough to excuse my company to get to the cab waiting

Comfy, great value, fully furnished, lovely experience

I love how spacious your place is, it is my favorite for the price. Neat, clean gym, sauna, and especially laundry room is really your bonus <3 Breakfast tasted good. Suggestions for perfection: - Put some Vietnamese herbs in the steam sauna, it is cheap but will bring ur hotel steam to another level. The temperature in the dry sauna could be higher too. - Leave some towers in the pool so guests don't have to ask the receptionists, if you can. - To save the environment, use the same bottle of water you use for breakfast because it is reusable. A water tank (19l) can be provided to people who stay for long too

1. Wifi was good in general but unstable during daytime, cut off my meeting in the middle 2. More varieties for breakfast and quieter staff will be appreciated for longer stay (I don't know if they realize they make noise more than necessary while doing their job) 3. The water in the pool didn't taste so clean but I appreciate you didn't put so much chloride in it

Quite big apartment, good location

The apartment was not clean, one of the dining chairs wet, many hair on the floor and overall the floor is dirty not to walk bear feet . Air conditioning really old and noisy.

It's a decent place. Great pool and decent gym.

It was a nice place to stay for our family. The gym and pool we're nice.

It was a bit more expensive that I would have liked. There was no included breakfast.

Great apartment for families or travellers who would like space

The apartment was great. Really big and was cleaned every day.

It was a little out of town but we did walk in one evening and the rest of the time just got a cheap grab.

Exceeded my expectations

This place was way better than I expected. Sauna, steam room and pool we're great, bed was very comfortable, and the staff were super helpful. Building is well constructed - very quiet room, more space than I expected. Would absolutely stay here again.

Bathroom floor could have been swept better. Sauna/steam shower could have been cleaner.

Về tổng thể, không gian của khách sạn cho cảm giác ấm cúng, tiện nghi. Tôi thích các tiện nghi phục hồi sức khỏe: phòng tập, bể bơi, xông hơi.

Tôi đã thanh toán tiền ở khách sạn từ thẻ tín dụng. Nhưng do tôi không đem theo thẻ nên nhân viên tên Vũ khăng khăng đòi tôi phải trả tiền mặt để đảm bảo mặc dù tôi đã xuất trình sao kê. Cách hành sử thiếu hiểu biết này khiến tôi cảm thấy bị xúc phạm và rất bức xúc.

Tôi ở nhiều lần ở đây kết hợp làm việc-nghỉ dưỡng và thấy được, tuy nhiên lần gần đây nhất thấy không hài lòng mà chuyện nhỏ nhưng cảm giác bực bội kéo dài. Tôi ở ks thì làm sao biết được ks có bao nhiêu loại khăn, bao nhiêu cái khăn trong căn hộ có 2 phòng ngủ, 2 phòng tắm? Khi trả phòng, tôi ở lễ tân, bộ phận kiểm tra phòng báo mất 2 khăn nhỏ. Khi họ kiểm tra phòng tôi ko có ở đó. Sau đó, tôi phải lên phòng để cùng tìm và thái độ của họ không hay. Tiền đền khăn không đáng (120k) nhưng thái độ, cách xử sự của ks cứ như mình lấy khăn đi giấu. Tôi làm báo, du lịch kết hợp cv nhưng quả thật thấy không vui chút nào!
